The Provincial Student Learning Survey is unique in its scope, size and usefulness to schools. It gathers information from parents/guardians/caregivers, teachers, and students on topics related to school environment, safety, and achievement. The information is used for planning in individual schools and provides a district and provincial perspective. In April 2023 the Student Learning Survey will be administered to students in grades 4 and 7, their parents/guardians/ caregivers, and all school staff.

It’s been a very quick month with Spring Break and Easter holiday being so close together. We’ve seen the snow gone from our field and the ground has dried out quickly, making it easy for students to use our entire field once again. They have spent recess and lunch hour using equipment and finding games to do either individually or collectively, and the atmosphere has been calm and fun! Thank you to all who supported our skiing program- from the teachers who worked out the details to parent volunteers- thank you for making those three days so successful for our kids.
